All items are non-refundable. If for any reason the item arrives damaged, please contact Faith On LOC immediately (within 10 days of arrival) for an exchange. The damaged item needs to be returned prior to the shipping of a replacement. Exchanges will not be accepted 10 days after tracking indicates the package was delivered.
